The City of Hermosa Beach supports ACA 7, introduced by Assembly Member Muratsuchi on March 16, 2021 and opposes State of California legislation that directly impacts and interferes with the ability of cities to control their own destiny through use of the zoning authority that has been granted to them. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and shall cause this resolution to be entered into the book of original resolutions.
