RESOLUTION NO. 99-5967
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PROPERTY AT 1309 BARD STREET,
HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AND ORDERING ITS RECORDATION.
The City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach hereby resolves as follows:
1. That the property located at 1309 Bard Street has been purchased by the City of
Hermosa Beach;
2. That the City Council accepts the property located at 1309 Bard Street; and,
3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute any documents in order to complete
the recordation of the property located at 1309 Bard Street.
