BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Hermosa Beach is hereby authorized to execute a Quitclaim of Easement to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District a storm drain easement reserved by the City of Hermosa Beach in Resolution No. N.S. 2800. A copy of the quitclaim is attached as Exhibit A. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall cause the same to be entered among the original resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City the minutes of the meeting at which time same is passed and adopted. It is understood that this quitclaim does not include nor is it intended to affect that certain easement for sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures as reserved and excepted in the hereinbefore- mentioned Resolution.
