A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH TO
HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REZONING PROPERTY COMMONLY REFERRED TO
AS SEAVIEW PROPERTY TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Comnission considered this matter on January 4, 1983;
and
WHREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the subject property,
located at the southwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and consisting
of .64 % of an acre, by virtu~ of its size deserves a type of zoning which
will allow maximum flexibility in development and design; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Comnission has determined that the most appropriate
zoning mechanism the City has available to meet this objective is commer-
cial planned development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA
BEACH DOES HEREBY DECLARE ITS INTENTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CON-
SIDER REZONING THE SEAVIEW PROPERTY TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
