A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING
A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #40578 LOCATED AT 1833
PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Janu-
ary 24, 1983 to· consider the above---merttioned i tern; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that granting a
time extension on this map will assist the developer and the
City to realize their mutual goal of completing this project; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that a one year
time extension is consistent with both the Subdivision Map Act
and local ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does
hereby approve a one year time extension for tentative tract map
#40578 located at 1833 Pacific Coast Highway.
