A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #14366
AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT LOCATED AT 651 FOURTH STREET.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on April 19,
1983 to consider the above mentioned item; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined .that granting
a time extension on this map will assist the developer and the
City to realize their mutual goal of completing this project;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that a twelve
month time extension is consistent with both the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does
hereby approve a twelve month time extension for tentative Parcel
Map #14366 and conditional use permit located at 651 Fourth Street.

AYES: Comms. Brown, Loosli, Shapiro, Strohecker, Chmn. Peirce
NOES: None
ABSENT: Comms. Izant, Smith

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P. C. 83-is a
true and complete record of the action taken by the Planning
Commission of Hermosa Beach at their regular scheduled meeting
of April 19, 1983.
