A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING
A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AT 1800 PROSPECT AVENUE, HERMOSA VIEW SCHOOL . .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a.r,hearing on June 7, 1983
ton.consider this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this project
represents no detriment to the public interest; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this action is
consistent with the City's effort to create and preserve an acceptable
living environment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that this action
is not subject to the Subdivision Iv!ap Act, and is consistent with
local policies and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does
hereby approve a lot line adjustment at 1800 Prospect Avenue,
Hermosa View School, subject to the following condition:
VOTE:
That a covenant be placed on each property limiting the
use of the area shown on Tract lfup #32162 (to be trans-
ferred from School District to individual property owners)
to be maintained as open space until such time as the
property is re-zoned.
AYES: Chrmn. Peirce, Comms. Izant, Shapiro, Strohecker
NOES: Comrns. Brown and Smith
