A RESOLUTION OF INTENTIO~ B~ THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF HERMOSA BEACH TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE ZONING CODE TO INCLUDE
A SECTION PERTAINING SPECIFICALLY TO SATELLITE RECEIVING ANTENNAE.
WHEREAS, a number of satellite receiving antennae have been erected
in both commercial and residential zones in the City; and
WHEREAS, there has been community concern expressed about the place-
ment of these appurtenances on roofs and yards; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Code currently does not have any specific
regulations governing satellite receiving antennae.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach does
hereby declare its intention to hold a public hearing to consider
amending the Zoning Code to include a section addressing satellite
receiving antennae.
