• A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF JHE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE FROM C-1 TO R-3 FOR.PROPERTY LOCATED AT
166 HERMOSA AVENUg, HE~MOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the P1anning Commission held a pub1ic hearing to consider this
matter on July 5, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the P1anning Commission considered the area surrounding the
project site, its traffic situation, its current use, and neighboring
uses; and
WHEREAS, the P1anning Commission has determined that R-3 zoning is
consistent with the high density designation of the land use element; and
~mEREAS, the P1anning Commission has determined that high density
residential development is compatable with the surrounding environment.
NO\v THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City
of Hermosa Beach does hereby approve and recommend to the City Council .
the rezoni n·g of property 1 ocated at 166 Hermosa Avenue, Hermosa Beach
from C-1 to R-3.
