C. 83-22 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HER MOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS OF PRE-FAB BUILDING LOCATED AT 840 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY: CASEY'S CARS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 2, 1983 to revie the design of this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined: (a) (b) (c) (d) that the project is consistent and compatible with applicable elements of th City's General Plan; that the project design is compatible with the immediate environment of th site; that the project design is appropriate to the site and purpose of the project; that the project's materials, textures, colors, and details of construction ar compatible with the adjacent neighboring structures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of th City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve the desig characteristics of a pre-fab building located at 840 Pacific Coast Highway Casey's Cars; provided that they meet the noise abatement provision of th Zoning Code. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P.C. 83-22 is a true and complete recor of the action taken by the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach California, at their regular meeting of August 2, 1983.
