RESOLUTION P. C 83-23
A RESOLUTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH AMENDING ARTICLE 12 OF THE ZONING CODE TO INCLUDE A SECTION
PERTAINING SPECIFICALI., Y TO SATELLITE RECEIVING ANTENNAE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach held a public hearing on July 5,
1983, to consider regulating satellite receiving antennae; and
WHEREAS, the Commission finds that decreasing costs of satellite antennae,-.may soon
lead to· their proliferation in the City; and c.
WHEREAS, the Commission finds that the increased appearance of these antennae may
downgrade the neighborhood's appearance.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach does hereby
approve the attached ordinance amen ding Article 12 of. the Zoning Code to
include a provision specifically regulating satellite receiving. antennae.

I ·hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P. C. 83-is a true and complete

regular meeting of July 5, 1983.
