A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP //14584
AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT LOCATED AT 608-612 LOMA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on October 18, 1983,
to consider the above mentioned item; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that granting a time
extension on this map will assist the developer and the City to realize
their mutual goal of completing this projcet; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that a one year time
extension is consistent with both the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission does hereby approve a one year time extension
for tentative Trach Map Ii 14584 and Conditional Use Permit
located at 608-612 Loma Drive.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P.C. 83-26 is a true and
complete record of the action taken by the Planning Commission of Hermosa
Beach at their regular scheduled meeting of October 18, 1983.
