A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SAT~LLITE ANTENNA AT 1272 STRAND -THE POOP DECK
1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 18, 1983
2 to consider this matter; and

4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined:

(a) that the project is consistent and compatible with applicable
elements of the City's General Plan;
(b) that the project design is compatible with the immediate
environment of the site;
(c) that the project design is appropniate to the site and purpose
of the project;
(d) that the project's materials, textures, colors, and details of
construction are compatible with the adjacent neighboring ,
structures.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
15 Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby /approve a satellite antenna at
16 1272 Strand -Poop Deck Bar.

19 complete record of the action taken by the Planning Commission of the
