RESOLUTION P.C.83 -30
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
RESC INDING RESOLUTION P.C.83-25, THEREBY RETAINING HERMOSA BEACH
CITY ZONING SECTION 1103 AS IS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Novmeber 17, 1983
2 to consider this matter; and
3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that lots in the nulti-use
4 c orridor should be examined on a site by site basis; and
5 WHEREAS, Planning Commission has determined that the existing code section
6 provides a reasonable balance for the property owner/developer and surrounding
7 properties; and
8 WHEREAS, it has been determined that an automatic rezone is not a legal tool.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach
10 does hereby rescind resolution P.C.83-25, thereby retaining Hermosa Beach city zoning
11 code section 1103 as is.
