Bauer TO PERMIT: RESOLUTION: Realignment of 3 lots at SE corner of 10th Street and Prospect Ave. B.Z.A. 154-3'2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A REALIGNMENT OF THREE LOTS, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1, 2, and 3, BLOCK 144, OF THE REDONDO VILLA TRACT, HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA. THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Board under the provisions of Ordinance N.S. 154, an application for a realignment of three lots per tentative parcel map submitted by Frank P. Bauer upon property o.-Jned by the applicant and located at the Southeast corner of Prospect Avenue and Tenth Street, legally described as Lots l, 2, and 3, Block 144, Redondo Villa Tract. WHEREAS, The Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach did on November 23, 1970, conduct a public hearing to consider this application to realign the property line. WHEREAS, there was presented written and oral testimony on the property described as follows: Southeast corner of 10th Street and Prospect Avenue, and legally de- scribed as follows: Lots l, 2, and 3, Block 144, Redondo Villa Tract, Hermosa Beach, California. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in view of the findings at said hearing, the Board of Zoning Adjustments does hereby grant this realignment for the following reasons: 1. The granting of this realignment will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. 2. The additional width of these lots willlprovide wider side yards, and more latitude in the development of these properties. 3. The granting of this realignment of lot 1 ines will not adversely affect the comprehensive general plan. The granting of this Resolution to be subject to the following conditions: I. Submit final parcel map to the pub) ic works Director for approval, and 2. Record the lot split as prescribed by the subdivision regulations. The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Board of Zoning Adjustments at a regular meeting held November 23, 1970, by the following vote: AYES: Comm. Osterman, Comm.
