RESOLUTION 154-38 AMENDING BZA -154-1 CHANGING MEETING NIGHTS FROM 3rd AND
4th MONDAYS TO 1ST ANO 3RD MONDAYS.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH AMENDING ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS TO CHANGE THE
REGULAR MEETING DATES TO THE FIRST AND THIRD MONDAYS OF EACH MONTH.
THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of February 22, 1971, The Board of Zoning
Adjustments considered amending the rules and regulations of the Board to
change the regular meeting dates from the second and fourth Mondays of each month
to the first and third Mondays of each month; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has changed their regular meeting dates to
the second and fourth Monday of each month, The Board of Zoning Adjustments,
therefore, has agreed to change their meeting dates to the first and third
Mondays of each month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the regular meeting dates of the Board of
Zoning Adjustments be changed to the first and third Mondays of each month,
and the rules and regulations as set forth in BZA Resolution 154-1 be amended
accordingly.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Board of Zoning Adjustments at a
regular meeting held February 22, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES: Convn. Ostermann, Comm. Lagan, Chairman Williams

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution BZA 154-38 was adopted by The
Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach at a regular meeting
held on this 22nd day of February, 1971.
