A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO AMEND THE CONDOMINIUM
CONVERSION ORDINANCE WHEREIN ALL CONVERSIONS WOULD PRODUCE A WHITE PAPER
DELINEATING THE DEVIATIONS FROM THE CONDOMINIUM DEVELO P.HEii"H STANDARDS.
WHEREAS, the Plann ing Commis s ion has noted that an additional means of
determining deviation s, by pro spect i ve conversions~ from condomini um development
standards is necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has noted that a White P,aper s ubmitted by the
developer will serve thi s purpose. •
NOW THEREFORE £E IT RE SOLVED that the Planning Corrrnission of the City" of Hermo sa
Beach does hereby declare its intention to consider amending the Condominium
Conversion Ord inan ce -by virtue of requi r ing all prospect i ve convers ion s to
produce and forward to the Planning Commission a White Paper delineating all
deviations from the condominium conver si ons development standards. The White Pape r
is to be attache d to the Residential Building Report (RBR) or the CC&R's .
