RESOLUTION P.C. 82-18
A resolution of the Planning Commission of
Hermosa Beach approving and recommending
to the City Council of Hermosa Beach cer-
tain changes to the proposed "Article 6, 5
MHP -Mobile Home Park Development District. 11
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach held a public hear-
ing on June 15, 1982 to consider certain changes to the proposed 11Article
6. 5 MH P -Mobile Home Park Development D istrict11
; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commjssion found that such changes were appro-
priate and desirable in terms of cost and processing time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of
Hermosa Beach hereby approves and recommends to the City Council of
Hermosa Beach that the deletion or addition of spaces in an existing
park requires only the submittal and approval of a project layout and
space layout plan and that the following revisions are desirable to the
proposed Section 6. 5-5 Development Plans and Review:
The following development in the MHP zone shall be
subject to review and approval of a site development
plan by the Planning Commission: 1) redesign of an
existing park involving relocation of spaces, new
driveways or relocation of driveways providing access
to and from the public right-of-way; and 2) construc-
tion of a new mobile home park.
An application for site development plan approval shall
provide the following information: 1) Grading plan~
2) Landscaping plan. 3) A complete site plan drawn to
scale including: (a) project layout; ( b) elevations of
proposed structures; (c) utility plan; (d) traffic circu-
lation and par king plan w ith analy sis of project an~
parking impacts both within the p r oject and in r elation r
ship to adjacent areas; (e) project amenities ; (f) p ro-
posed public improvements and/or dedications; (g) any
project convenants, restrictions or conditions; (h) de-
velopment standards; ( i) a certified land survey;
(j) space layout plan.

The addition or deletion of spaces in an existing park in
the MHP zone shall be subject to review and approval by
the Planning Commission . An application for the deletion
or addition of spaces in an existing park in the MHP
zone must be accompanied by the following information:
1) Project layout, and 2) Space layout plan .

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P. C. 82 .... 18 is a true and
complete record of the action taken by the Planning Commission of Her-
mosa Beach at their regularly scheduled meeting of July 6, 1982.
