A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA
BEACH, TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION
ORDINANCE AND THE COMM:ERCIAL CONDOMINIUM ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that certain
portions of the existing Commercial Condominium Conversion
Ordinance are not appropriate for regulating such developments;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that, as the two
above-mentioned Ordinances exist, they hinder the process of
assessing and ensuring viability for prospective projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of Hermosa Beach declares its intention to
consider amending the Commercial Condominium Conversion
Ordinance and the Commercial Condominium Ordinance

of July 20, 1982.
