A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A REMODEL AS A PORTION
OF, A SUBDIVISION, TRACT MAP 32173 LOCATED AT 1502 STRAND, LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS AN UNDIVIDED 17.76% INTEREST IN LOT 1 OF TRACT 32173 IN
LOTS 1, 2 and 3 OF BLOCK 16, HERMOSA BEACH TRACT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 5,
1982 to consider the abovd request; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considers the remodel will serve to
enhance the sub division; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the remodel will not affect the
subdivision's substantial compliance with the condominium ordinance
and will conform with the requirements. of Section 66473.5, 66474 of
the subdivision map act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does here-
by approve the proposed remodel of extending the deck of unit 1502
Strand.
