RESOLUTION P.C. 82-34'
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH TO
HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE ZONING CODE BY REDEFINING
MOTEL AND HOTEL, AND DEFINlNG BOARDING HOUSE, ROOMING HOUSE AND LODGING
HOUSE; AND TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ZONES FOR THESE USES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on November 3, 1982 to con-
sider the land use status qf the St. Francis 11 Hotel 11
; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the above mentioned
terms require defining and redefining in order to facilitate the applica-
tion review process; and
NOW·, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Cammi ss ion of Hermosa
Beach does hereby declare its intention to hold a public hearing to con-
sider amending the City zoning code by redefining motel and hotel, and
defining boarding house, rooming house and lodging house, and to determin~
the appropriate zones for these uses.
