NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Parking Restriction on Ardmore Avenue. No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle for a period exceeding 12 hours on Ardmore Avenue between Pier Avenue and 11th Street. Environmental Review. The adoption of parking restrictions on existing streets within the City is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) because it constitutes a minor alteration to an existing public facility and will not expand the facility’s use beyond its existing use, as set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15301. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City, and shall make minutes of the passage and adoption thereof in their records of the proceedings of the City Council at which the same is passed and adopted.
