4. Approval of
(a) Resolution P.C. 89-91 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21331 for a 3-unit con-
dominium at 1502 Loma Drive.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-92 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21330 for a 3-unit con-
dominium at 1508 Loma Drive.
(c) Resolution P.C. 90-5 approving a Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21574 for a 3-unit condomini-
um at 631 6th Street.
(d) Resolution P.C. 90-6 approving a Conditional Use Permit and
Tentative Parcel Map #21620 for a 3-unit condominium at
1344 Manhattan Avenue.
(e) Resolution P.C. 90-7 approving a Conditional Use Permit for
automobile sales agency and adoption of the Negative Decla-
ration at 638 -640 Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific Motor
Sports.
(f) Resolution P.C. 90-10 recommending approving the comprehen-
sive parks and recreation master plan as a general policy
plan.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

Public Hearings
6. Conditional Use Permit for a retail snack shop, gas pumps and
car wash, and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declara-
tion at 931 Pacific Coast Highway, Mobil Oil Station (continued
from January 3, 1990 meeting)
Recommended Action: To continue to February 20, 1990 meeting
per applicant's request.

7. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21728
for a 2-unit condominium at 914 7th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
8. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21787
for a 2-unit condominium at 952 8th Street.
Recommended Action: To continue subject matter to allow the
applicant to revise the plans.
9. Variance from the guest parking requirement and to encroach
into the required 17' garage setback at 1419 Monterey Boulevard
and adoption of an Environmental Negative Declaration.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.

Hearings
10. Lot line adjustment at 737 & 739 Longfellow Avenue.
Recommended Action: To approve the lot line adjustment.
11. First quarter General Plan amendments.
Recommended Action: To set for public hearings.
