Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of March 20, 1990 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 90-14 approving the exception from Section 13-7(b) to allow a remodel and expansion to an existing nonconforming single-family dwelling of greater than 50% increase in valuation at 1570 Prospect Avenue. (b) Resolution P.C. 90-21 recommending amending the zoning map and ordinance to create Specific Plan Area No. 8 for the northern portion of the Commercial Corridor along Pacific Coast Highway and a Negative Declaration. (c) Resolution P.C. 90-23 approving a Conditional use Permit amendment to allow a modification to exterior elevations for a 2-unit condominium at 1460 Loma Drive. (d) Resolution P.C. 90-24 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #21160 for a 2-unit condominium and approving a variance to allow a 2' side yard setback rather than the required 4' & Negative Declaration at 333 10th Street. (e) Resolution P.C. 90-25 approving an exception from Section 13-7(b) to allow a remodel and expansion to an existing nonconforming single-family dwelling of greater than 50% increase in valuation at 576 21st Street. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. - 1 - ,J Section III Public Hearings 6. CON 90-2 --Conditional Use Fermi t and Tentative Parcel Map #22059 for a 2-unit condominium at 711 11th Street. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. 7. CON 90-3 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21814 for a 2-unit condominium at 1512 Manhattan Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 8. PARK 90-2 --Parking Plan to allow the addition of 800 square feet to an existing nonconforming building with no existing parking; additional parking required to be compensated for by paying the in-lieu fee at 1238 Hermosa Avenue, Colville Publishing Company. Recommended Action: To deny the Parking Plan unless the appli- cant pays the in-lieu fee for all required parking spaces. 9. SUB 86-2 --Supplemental environmental assessment for the re- vised grading plan for an eight-lot subdivision at 532, 534 & 540 20th Street, commonly known at "The Power Street Subdivision". Recommended Action: To require focused Environmental Impact Report. Section IV Hearing 10. NR 90-2 --An exception from Section 13-7(b) to allow a remodel and expansion to an existing nonconforming single-family dwell- ing greater than a 50% increase in valuation at 2624 The Strand (continued from March 6 and 20, 1990 meetings). Recommended Action: To continue until the revised plan is submitted. Section V 11. Staff Items a. Memorandum regarding Planning Commission liaison for April 10, 1990 City Council meeting. b.
