Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Section I Consent Calendar Planning Commission wishing to pull an item from below may do so at this time. 3. Approval of April 3, 1990 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 90-26 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21814 for a 2-unit condomini- um at 1512 Manhattan Avenue. (b) Resolution P.C. 90-27 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #22059 for a 2-unit condominium at 711 11th Street. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III A. Hearing 6. NR 90-2 --An exception from Section 13-7(b) to allow a remodel and expansion to an existing nonconforming single-family dwell- ing greater than a 50% increase in valuation at 2624 The Strand (continued from 3/6/90, 3/20/90 & 4/3/90 meetings). Recommended Action: To approve the request. - 1 - B. Public Hearings 7. CUP 89-5 --Conditional Use Permit for a retail snack shop, gas pumps and car wash, and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration at 931 Pacific Coast Highway, Mobil Oil Station (continued from 1/3/90, 2/6/90, 2/20/90 & 3/20/90 meetings). Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration. 8. CON 90-4 --Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #21950 for a 3-unit condominium at 1105 Cypress Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. 9. CON 90-5 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21868 for a 3-unit condominium at 350 Manhattan Avenue, aka 212 4th Street. Recommended Action: To continue to May l_, 1990 meeting. 10. CON 90-6 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21754 for a 2-unit condominium at 1010 17th Street. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. Section IV Hearing 11. LLA 90-2 --Lot line adjustment at 1230 Owosso Avenue and 1063 Corona Street. Recommended Act ion: To approve the proposed lot 1 ine adjustment. Section V 12. Staff Items a. Correspondence from the Marineland Mobile home Park Home- owner's Association. b.
