Consent Calendar
Planning Commissioner wishing to pull an item from below may do so
at this time.
3. Approval of June 19, 1990 minutes
4. Approval of
(a) Resolution P.C. 90-42 approving a conditional Use Permit
and Tentative Parcel Map #22184 for a 2-unit condominium at
126 Manhattan Avenue, aka 160 Manhattan Avenue.
(b) Resolution P.C. 90-43 recommending amending the Land Use
Map of the General Plan for Parking Lot "C" from Specific
Plan Area to General Commercial and adoption of a Negative
Declaration.
(c) Resolution P.C. 90-44 recommending zone change for Parking
Lot "C" from Specific Plan Area to C-2 and adoption of a
Negative Declaration.
(d) Planning Commission Report on Biltmore Site
(e) Resolution P.C. 90-49 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22100 for a 2-unit con-
dominium at 626 7th Street.
(f) Resolution P.C. 90-50 recommending approval of a text
amendment regarding amortization period for businesses cur-
rently operating without Conditional Use Permits and adop-
tion of a Negative Declaration.
(g) Resolution P.C. 90-54 encouraging the City Council to en-
dorse the RUDAT program sponsored by the American Institute
of Architects.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

Public Hearings
6. CON 90-10 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Par-
cel Map #22062 for a 4-unit condominium at 1634 Prospect
Avenue.
Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
7. CON 90-11 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Par-
cel Map #22256 for a 2-unit condominium at 610 Eleventh Street.
Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
8. VAR 90-4/NR 90-5 --Variance to allow addition to existing non-
conforming structure with substandard parking stall size at
1781 Valley Park Avenue.
Recommended Action: To approve the variance but to deny the
request to extend the existing nonconforming sideyard.

Recommended Action: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
