Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Section I Consent Calendar Planning Commissioner wishing to pull an item from below may do so at this time. 3. Approval of July 3, 1990 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 90-51 approving a conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22256 for a 2-unit con- dominium at 610 11th Street. (b) Resolution P.C. 90-52 approving a Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22062 for a 4-unit con- dominium at 1634 Prospect Avenue. (c) Resolution P.C. 90-53 approving a variance to allow a second story addition to a nonconforming single-family dwelling with a substandard size parking stall at 1781 Val- ley Park Avenue. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. - 1 - Section III Public Hearings 6. CON 90-1 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 1121787 for a 2-unit condominium at 952 8th Street (con- tinued from February 6, 1990 meeting). Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 7. CON 90-12 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Par- cel Map #22216 for a 2-unit condominium at 830 Cypress Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 8. CUP 90-19 --Conditional Use Permit amendment to allow sales of motorcycles, accessories, and minor repair at 638 -640 Pacific Coast Highway, South Bay Cycles. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit amendment. 9. PARK 90-4 --Parking Plan amendment for shared parking to allow an aerobic studio at 1310 -1314 Pacific Coast Highway. Recommended Action: To continue to 8/7/90 meeting to properly notice for Conditional Use Permit. 10. CUP 90-14 --Conditional Use Permit for on-sale beer and wine in conjunction with a restaurant and adoption of a Negative Declaration at 1433 Hermosa Avenue, J.B. Burgers. Recommended Action: To deny the Conditional Use Permit request. Section IV Hearings 11. NR 90-5 --An exception from Section 13-7(b) to continue a non- conforming sideyard at 1781 Valley Park Avenue. Recommended Action: To deny the request. 12. GP 89-3/ZON 89-8 --Reconsideration of Area 10 for redesigna- tion to residential Specific Plan Area and rezone to Specific Plan Area and adoption of the Negative Declaration. Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said General Plan redesignation and rezoning and adoption of the Negative Declaration. Section V 13. Staff Items a. Memorandum regarding absences on City Commissions. b. List of completed projects for inspection. - 2 - c. Memorandum regarding Planning Commission liaison for July 24, 1990 City Council meeting. d.
