Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Section I Consent Calendar Planning Commissioner wishing to pull an item from below may do so at this time. 3. Approval of September 18 and October 16, 1990 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 90-85 approving an amendment to a Condi- tional Use Permit for off-sale beer and wine in conjunction with a drive-thru dairy, and adoption of a Negative Decla- ration at 205 Pier Avenue, Alta Dena Dairy. (b) Resolution P.C. 90-86 denying a variance to encroach into the rear yard setback and to allow less than the required open space at 40 7th Court. (c) Resolution P.C. 90-87 approving a request for an exception from Section 13-7(b) of the zoning ordinance to allow an addition to an existing nonconforming structure to exceed 50% of replacement value, at 1148 2nd Street. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. - 1 - Section III Public Hearings 6. CON 90-1 --Conditional Use Permit amendment to eliminate con- dition which prohibits exterior access to the bonus room in Unit B for a 2-unit condominium at 952 8th Street. Recommended Action: To deny the request. 7. CUP 90-11 --Conditional Use Permit for off-sale beer and wine, and adoption of a Negative Declaration at 2151 Hermosa Avenue, The Green Store. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and adoption of an Environmental Negative Declaration. 8. CON 90-15 --Conditional Use Fermi t and Tentative Parcel Map #22653 for a 4-unit condominium at 817 823 Monterey Boulevard. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. 9. a. CON 90-16 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map /122634 for a 2-uni t condominium at 138 -142 Manhattan Avenue. b. CON 90-17 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22635 for a 2-unit condominium at 144 -148 Manhattan Avenue. c. CON 90-18 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22636 for a 2-uni t condominium at 150 -154 Manhattan Avenue. d. CON 90-19 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 1122637 for a 2-unit condominium at 158 -160 Manhattan Avenue. Recommended Action: To continue to December 4, 1990 meeting. Section IV Hearings 10. LLA 90-4 Lot line adjustment at 1712 The Strand. Recommended Action: To approve the lot line adjustment. Section V 11. Staff Items a.
