Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 90-88 approving a Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Parcel Map #22653, and a Precise Development Plan for a 4-unit condominium at 817-823 Monterey Boulevard. (b) Resolution P.C. 90-93 approving a Conditional Use Permit for off-sale beer and wine & adoption of a Negative Decla- ration at 215 Hermosa Avenue, The Green Store. (c) Resolution P.C. 90-94 denying a requested Conditional Use Permit amendment for a 2-unit condominium to eliminate con- dition No. 12(a) at 952 8th Street. (d) Resolution P.C. 90-95 approving a certificate of compliance for a lot line adjustment at 1712 The Strand. Section II Communications 5. F-4 --Environmental assessment for Farmers' Market at Hermosa Avenue and 13th Street on public right-of-way and adoption of an Environmental Negative Declaration. Recommended Action: To continue to December 4, 1990 meeting. 7. CUP 90-23 --Conditional Use Permit amendment to extend patio dining hours till dark at 200 Longfellow Avenue, La Penita #2 (continued from October 16, 1990 meeting). Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit amendment. 8. a. CON 90-16/PDP 90-4 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22634 for a 2-unit condominium at 138 -142 Manhattan Avenue (continued from November 6, 1990 meeting). b. CON 90-17 /PDP 90-5 --Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22635 for a 2-unit condominium at 144 -148 Manhattan Avenue (continued from November 6, 1990 meeting). c. CON 90-18/PDP 90-6 --Conditional Use Fermi t and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #22636 for a 2-unit condominium at 150 -154 Manhattan Avenue (continued from November 6, 1990 meeting). d. Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 10 . PDP 90-1 --Precise Development Plan for a two story, 13,675 square foot retail building and adoption of an Environmental Negative declaration at 1414 Pacific Coast Highway. Recommended Action: To approve said Precise Development Plan and adoption of an Environmental Negative Declaration. - 2 - Section IV Hearing 12. Vehicle parking on pedestrian walk street. Recommended Action: To review and comment. Section V 13. Staff Items a. Response to Traffic Engineer -Pol icy regarding curb cuts on "dual-unit" projects attempting to save on-street parking. b. Existing auto body and repair shops investigation. c. Signal warrant review -2nd Street and Hermosa Avenue. d. Memorandum regarding Joint Meeting of Planning Commission/ Staff. e.
