A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED ON EIEVENTH S'IREET IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Coilllilission, under the provisions of
Ordinance N. S. 154, application for conditional use permit by the Coast
Engineering Company, upon property owned by Richard G. Thompson and located
at SB-11th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on
January 9, 1961, conduct a duly advertised hearing to consider this applica-
tion to permit a production laboratory on that property described as follows:
Lot 14 (Except the N. E .• 33'), Block 11,
Hermosa Beach Tract,
NOW, THm.EFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing,
the Planning Commission grant this Conditional. Use Permit for the reason that
the type of laboratory work that will be performed at said location is not
covered specifically by th.e zoning Q.rdinance, and it is of such a nature that
it falls within Section SOO•B (36J of the ordinance.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular
meeting held on January 9, 1961, by the following vote;
