C. 15!-312 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNINJ COMMISSION OF THE CITY 01'' HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE_ VARI.A.JfCE UPON CERTAIN FROPFllTY LOCATED ON THE Sm.AND IN THE_ CITY OF HER.'l.ill SA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE Pf4\NNING COMMISSION OF THE. CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does rzsolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this CODI!llission, under the provisions of Ordinanc~ N. S. 154, application for zone variance by Ben W. and Charlotte L. Trump upon property owned by the applicants and loc~ted at 2234 Strand; and mIEREAS., ·the Planning Conmission. of the City of Hermosa Beach did on February 14, 1961, conduct a public hearing to consider this application to permit less-than 3CY}b addition to residence having a 2'9" sideyard in lieu of required 3', addition to maintain nonconformity, existing garage having a 14'6" turning radius in lieu of 22', on that prop~rty described as follows: Lot 6, Block 23, Hermosa Beach Tract; NOW, THERF...FORE, 3E IT RE.SOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this z.one variance for the reascns that it is not practical to move the garage to conform to the required turning radius, and the 3" encroachment into the sideyard is relatively minor. The foregoing resolutiQn was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held OB the 14th day of February, 1961, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
