C. 154-329 ARESOLU'I'ION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CFllTAIN PRQPERTY LOCATED ON HERMOSA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA TEE PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Hermosa Beach does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. s. 154, application for.zone variance by Berger Fagenstrom on property owne:d by the applicant located at 3443 Hermosa Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Conmission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on July lo, 1961, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit enlargement of existing porch to approximately 300 square feet on a nonconforming structure having four units without conforming garages, in an R-1 zone, on that property described as follows: • Lots 7 and 8, Dale Tract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing,. the Planning Conmission does hereby grant this zone variance, as it is felt that there would be no detriment to the surrounding area· or to the city to permit such use, and with the stipulation that the porch, either on top or underneath, shall not be later enclosed for living purposes adding more burden to the parking in the neighborhoodo The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on July 10, 1961, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
