A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON MANHATTAN AVENUE IN Tl-lE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH., CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEA.CH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, applicatio:n. for zone variance by John L. Minech upon property owned by the applicant and located at 218 Manhattan Avenue; and WHEREAS the Blanning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on August i4, 1961, conduct a public hearing to consider this application to permit an 8'1" wide garage in lieu of required 8'6" for one of the units in the 5-unit structure now under construction on that property described as follows: Lot 3., Block 44, First Addition to HeI'JOOsa Beac)I; NOW., THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of· the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reason that it will not materially hinder the area in which the building is being constructed. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the-Pla.nn:ing Commission at a regular meeting held on the 14th dayof August, 1961, by the following yote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
