C. 154....334 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARI.ANOE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON HERMOSA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance Na s. 154, application for zc.ne variance by Lucille D. Guyer upon property owned by the applicant and located at 329 Hermosa Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Cityof Hermosa Beach,did on August 14, 1961, conduct a public hearing to consider this application to permit the construction of a Z-car garage on an R~3 lot having a nonconforming use, waiving Section 1300 of the zoning ordinance~ on that property described as follows: Lot 13 and northeast 9' of lot 12, Block 4, Hermosa Beach Tract; NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings-at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant tlds.zone variance for the reason that the pro~osed construction will not:h~ uetnimental to the neighborhood and should not hinder any future development of the property in its-proper method. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of August, 1961, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Comm.
