ARESOWTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME ON ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED ON HERMOSA. AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, C.ALIFCRNIA
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows:
WJ:Qi.REAS, there was filed with this Commission request for extension of the
time limit on zone ·variance approved by Resolution P. c. 154--295 on
September 13, 1960, affeeting·property at 1001 Hermosa Avenue, Lots 28 and 29,
Bl.ock 11, Hermosa Beach Tract, owned by W. c. Bluejacket.
NOW, THEREFORE 1 BE IT RESOLVED that thePla.nning Commission does hereby
grant a six-months extension for the reason that it has not materially
changed from the existing variance as granted and would not be any more
detrimental to the area than it presentL~ts.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, P. Ce 154-335, was adopted
by the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach a1ja regular meeting
