C. 154-351 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMl-0:SSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTIN01-J,. ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON 25TH S'.lREET IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA. BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed w.ith this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, application for zone variance by Robert F. Mason upon property owned by the applicant and located at 632-25th Street; and WHEREAS, the Planning Comrnission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on December 11, 1961 , conduct a public hearing to consider the application to permit more than a 30% addition to existing residence which has a 4' easterly sideyard in lieu of required 5', addition to conform to all yard requirements, on that property described as follows : Lot 4, Tract 19846; NOW, THElIBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reasons that it is felt that it would be a hardship to the family if this request were not _grant_ed, and the existing nonconforming sideyard is of negligible consequence-as ?,.:re-ason:.•f,or'11et;..'J)erziitting this variance. The foregoing resolution wa~ adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting hel d on the 11th day of December, 1961, by the following vote: A.YES: ~ • • qomm.
