C. 154-362 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLA.~ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON :ZL!!;VENTH STREET AND USED WITH ADJACENT LOTS ON PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA REACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMt-IT.SSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. s. 154, application for zone variance by Ida C. Flodine upon property owned by the :japplicant and located on Eleventh Street to the rear of 1107 Pacific Coast Highway; and WHEREAS;the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on March 12, 1962, conduct a duly advertised pubiic hearing to consider this application to continue the nonconforming commercial use for the parking of automobiles in conjunction with the used~car business at 1107 Pacific Coast Highway, until July 1967 (date lease expires), of that property described as follows: Lot 4, Block 1, Tract 6851; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reason that this has been used in this manner for some time and does not seem to have created any great hardship and would be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance, in addition to which, this property is C potential, which some day it may become. The foregoing resolution -was adopted by the·Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of Marcj;I~, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT-: Comm. Noble, Jolmson, Black, Hales and Chairman Fredricks. None. Comm. Viault and Locken.
