HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 154-363 (1904 Hillcrest and 1909 Prospect Ave)Name: David Roderman Location: To Perm.it: 1904 Hillcrest and 1909 Prospect Avenue Lot Division Date: March 12, 1962 RESOLUTION Po C. 154-363 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLA..T'>INING COIDilSSION OF THE CITY OF .HERMOSA BEA.CH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON HILLCREST DRIVE A~D PROSPECT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNINJ COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHERZA.S, there was filed with this Connnission., under t he pr ovi sions of Ordinance N. s. 1541 application for zone variance by Dav.id Roderman upon property owned by the applicant and located at 190 4 Hi llcrest and 1909 Prospect Avenue ; and WfIERltAS, th~ Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on March 12, 1962, c011duct a public hearing to consider this application to permit di vision into two parcels, measuring approximately 50 x 79' each, of that property described as foll ows : Lot 1, Tract 2l72; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said he ar~ng, the Planning Commission do~s hereby grant this zone variance, as it is felt that the granting of t his r.?quest would bring a conformity to the surrounding properties. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Conmri.ssi on at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
