C. 154-369 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIO..~ OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRA~TING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON 25TH STREET IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFOR."'UA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commissi·:m, under the pro-visions of Ordinance N. s. 154, application for zone variance by Robert I. Holt on property owned by the applicant and located at 220-25th Street; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on April 9, 1962, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit a 6'7" high sight-screen on top of cll1. existing 6'10" retaining wall in patio area on south property line, and a 6 '7" sight-screen on the retaining wall approximately 4' high in the patio area on the easterly property line, on that property described as f ollows : West one-half of Lots 13 and 14, Tract 1Q31; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Conunission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reasons that the sight-screen is not detrimental to the general plan nor does it adversely affect any of the neighboring parties for a view or obstruction of their property, those stipulations contained in the letter from Pearl G. Richardson, 2465 Myrtle Avenue, to be enforcible. the f~regoing resolution was adopted ·by the Planning Commission at a r eg"J.lar meeting held on the 9th day of April, 1962, by the following vote: AYES : NOES : ABSENT: Cotn!l1.
