C. 154'-<371 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A LOT SPLIT UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ONYPROSPECT AND CAMP.ANA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. s. 154, request for review of proposed lot division byR. Lumbert, on property owned by the applicant and located at 1517 Prospect and 1516 Campana; and WHEREAS, the Planning Connnission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on April 9, 1962, conduct a public hearing to consider this request to permit division into two parcels, each having more than 4,000 sgqare feet and a 40' width, of that property described as follows: Lot 55, E. B. Smith's Replat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby approve this request for the reasons that the two lots meet the 4,000 minimum requirement, there is no objection from any of the neighborhood on this lot split, and the lots would be in keeping with lots in the neighborhood, with the provision that an easement be granted to carry a sewer line from the easterly lot througlf.md upon the westerly lot. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of April, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Conun.
