C. 154-377 ARESOWTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTA(N PROPERTY LOCATED ON BONNIE BRAE STREET IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSIO~ THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, application f or zone variance by Lucille A. Fairchi.ld on. property owned by the applicant and located at 1546 Bonnie Brae St reet; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on May 14, 1962, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit an addition consisting of bathroom, hall and enclosed entry, approximately 108 square feet, to one unit of a nonconforming duplex in an R-1 zone, on that property described as follows1 Lot 51, E. B. Smith's Replat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said he aring, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reason that it is felt this family should be allowed additional toilet facilities and a more functional use of their existing property., and the additiou will not interfere with any adjoining properl±es. THE foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Cormnission at a regular meeti~g held on the 14th day 0£ May, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Commo Noble, Viaul t and Vice-Chairman Hales. Comm. Johnson. • ABSENT1 Comm. Black, Locken and 011.airman Fredricks. CERTIFICATION . I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, P.
