A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMML3SI01\J OF T'rlE CITY OF HERMOSA BEA.CH
GR.ANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CER'fA.1N PROPERTY LOCATED ON 19TH STREET
IN THE crrY I)_~· HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF Tr.IE CITY OF HER.c~OSA BEACH does resolve as follows:
Wl{l~RBAS, ti1ere was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of
Ordinance N. s. 154, application for zone variance by Donald G~ Milburn
on propel".tY owned by the applicant and located at G29..._]_C)t:1 Street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Connnission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on
June 11, 1962, conduct a dtly advertised public hearing to consider this
application to permit redivision of Lots 58, 59, 60 and the easterly 1ST
of 61, T~act 2548, into three 30' wide lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing,
the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for ~he reason·
that the Connnission feels it is more equitable to the City-to have larger
frontage lots instead of the three substandard 25' l"ots.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a
regular me~ting held on the 11th day of June, 1962, by the following vote:
