RESOLUTION NO. P. C. 154-382
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH TO INITIATE ACTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSIDERATION OF THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE N. S. 154
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, the Planning Commission
did, at a regular meeting held on·July 9, 1962, conduct a review or the
provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, Article 6, R-3 Multiple-Family Residential
Zone; and •
WHEREAS, in view of the findings during said review, it is the opinion of
the Planning Commission that amendment of said Article 6 is in order, t°'"'."wi.t:
Add the following section:
"SECTION 608: LOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT. The minimum lot area
per dwelling unit shall be not less than nine hundred (900) square
feet per dwelling unit. n •
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED that, under the provisions of Or dinance N. S. 154,
Sect i on 1501, the Planning Commission initiate action to conduct a public
hearing at the next regular meeting of the Comntl.ssion to be held at the City
Hall in the City of Her mosa Beach, Californi a, at 7 :30 p. m., August 13, 1962,
for the purpose of consideration of amendment · as set for t h herein.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular
meeting held July 9, 1962, by the following vote:
