C. 154-387 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING-A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTA"'C'l" P~OP1RTY LOCATED ON SILVER.STRAND AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA T~ PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Hermosa Beach does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission,under the provisions of Ordinance N. s. 154, application for zone Yariance by John T~ and Jean ~~sso on property owned by the applicants and located at 2441-2443 Sil-verstrand Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on July 9, 1962, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit an addition of 385 square feet on the upper unit of a duplex, there existing two nonconforming 18' deep, in lieu of :required 20', garages, on that property described as follows: Lot 32, Tract 820; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reason that the existing garages are only 2' short of the required, with the provision that tbe first floor portion supporting the second story addition not be enclosed. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of July, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Co.!lDll.
