C, 154-391 A RESOLUTION OF THE PIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON EIGIITH STREET IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Hermosa Beach does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, app-lication for zone variance by Lorene C. Turner on property owned by the app~~cant and located at 27-Sth Street; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hennosa Beach did on August 13, 1962, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit·an ~dditional unit, to extend to front property line with uncovered entry stairs, in lieu of lt setback for said stairs, and to use existing garages measuring l9xl7t611 inside in lieu of 20x8'6", on that property described as follows: Lot 19, Block 9, Hermosa Beach Tract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reason that the garages are presently being used and are adequate for the property, and that the entry stair of one foot is no significant detriment to the city and would not be detrimental to the neighborhood. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of August, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm. Hamilton, Johnson, Miller, Viault and Vice Chairman Noble, None. Comm. Black and Chairman Hales. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, P.
