A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SIXTH STREET
IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA
THE PIANNING COMKISSION of the City of Hermosa Beach does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commissioni under the provisions of
Ordinance N. S. 154, application for zone variance by A. L. Green on property
owned by the applicant and located at 1127-6th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hennosa Beach did on August 13, 1962,
conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit
a wire and wood fence running 39' on the east properly line, from the frontyard
setback, -varying in height from 6' to 6'8" in lieu of required maximum height
of 6', on that property described as follows:
Lot 5, Tract No. 5209;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing,
the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone -variance for the reason
that the addition of 811 on the fence is due to a slight variance in the
topography, and the fence has been maintained as a lawful fence at its uppermost
portion and is not of any significant damage or danger to anybody at the 6'8"
height.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of August, 1962, by the following vote:
