RES OLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA B&\CH GRANTING-A ZONE AMENDMENT UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON 24TH PLACE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PI.ANNING COMMISSI ON OF THE CITY ·oF HERMOSA BFJ..CH does resol ve as follows: WHBREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under · the provisions of Ordinance N s 154 application for zone amendment by Royal D. Glick affecting proper ty 1 ;cated 0:i_ 24th Place between Pacific Coast Highway and Ardmore A.venue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Comm:i.~sion of ~he Cit! of Hermosa Beach did on September 11, 1g6 2 conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application t o permit rezoning from R-1 1 to C-3 of that property described a s f ollows: Lot 10, Block 2, Montmarie Tract ; NOW THEREFORE_, BE IT RESOLVED that, i n view of the findings at said hearing, the'Planning Commission does h ereby grant this zone amendmen t t o give conformity to the ezj.sting area, ~s tt is felt it would be a hardship to subject owner of the property if it were not r~zoned_ ~ue to the cont our of the property and t he undesirability of developing this property as R-1; the lot in question being under the same ownership as the adjoining property to the e a st which is zoned C-3, and this r e1..oning will place a homogem>us grouping of the property t ogether. The foregoing resolution was -adopted by the Planning Co{jmi.ssion at a regular meeting held on September l l , 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm. Black, Hamilton, J ohnson, Miller, Noble, Vi ault and Chairman Hales. None. None. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the f o:e going resolution, P.
