C. 154-397 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON GOULD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, application for zone variance by Joseph H. Flaherty on property owned by the applicant and located at 425 Gould Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on September 11, 1962, conduct a duly advertised 'public hearing to consider this application to permit a bedroom addition extending to the rear property line in lieu of the required three feet,,=;on that property described as follows: Lot 13, Block 128, Shakespeare Tract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zone variance, the reasons being there has been a prior precedent established by a similar variance granted to Mr. Adolph Ehlers in the same locality; it appears very unlikely that this alley will be developed for traffic, and this land is of no use as space for traffic; a hardship would be shown to this family if subject request were not granted. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of September, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm. Black, Hamilton, Johnson, Miller and Noble. Comm. Viault and Chairman Hales. None. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, P.
