C. 154-401 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA. BEACH RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF A PRECISE PLAN FOR THE DESIGN OF A. COMMERCIAL BUILDING-, AND THE AMENDING OF ZONIN(} MAP OF ARTICLE 3, SECTioN 302, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 950 ARTESIA BOUIEVARD, IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA IlEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed w:i th this Commission, under the provisions ot· Ordinance N. S. 154, appli<~ation for zone amendment from R-1 (C potential) to C-3 and adoption of Precise Plan for cormnercial development by William D. Sachau Grace c. Sachau, Grace C. Knight and Hermosa Heights, Inc., oi' that property ' located at 950 Artesia Boulevard, Lot 6, except the westerly one acre and except the n ortherly 80', Block 83, Second Addition to Hermosa Beach; and WHEREAS the Plamu.ng Commission of the City of Bennosa Beach did on October 8, 1%2, c~duct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thit the Planning Commis sion r ecommend to the City Council the adoption of said Precise Plan and the amending of the zoning map as set forth herein, with the pro-vision that curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be provided along the southerlyside of Artesia Boulevard from the westerly property line eastward to the existing curb, gutter and sidewalk at the corner of Prospect and Artesia, and that the parking lot and the driveway accesses to the public highways be approved by the City ·EngineerJ.D.g Department prior to the granting of a perna. t for a building, for 'the reason that all requirements of the C-potential have been met; the parking requirements are adequate, and it does develop in toto a parcel of land as was the intent in the original C-potential zone. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on October 8, 1962, by the f ollowing vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm. Black., Hamilton, Johnson, Miller, Viault and Chairman Hales. None. Comm. Noble. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, P. C. 154-401, was adopted by the planning Commission of the City of Hennosa Beach at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of October, 1962.
