Koontz 720 Longfellow Six 25' Lots Divided into Four 37.5' Lots October 8, 1Y62 RESOLUTION P0 c. 154-403 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON LONGFELLOW AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed wtth this Commission, under the provisions of Ordinance N. S. 154, application for zone variance by Lyndon J. Koontz on property owned by the applicant and located in the 700 block on Longfellow Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on October 8, 1962, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit division of six.'25' lots into four 37 .5' lots, on that property described as follows: Lots 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 and 115, Southern California Convention Hall and Marine View Park Tract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in view of the .t'indings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does hereby grant this zane variance, because it is much more desirable to have 37.5' lots rather than 25 1 lots. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the.'8th day ot October, l9ti2, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: CoIIIIIl.
